Brick and mortar to online storefronts. Combined the products of all store inventory from Sports Fanatics to The Mancave Store bringing them into a single product catalog. Established brand and custom online storefront. Mancave Store has multiple locations throughout the Carolinas, which we managed improving local search marketing for each location. Stock and inventory was the largest challenge so we created custom plugins to simplify the adjustment of inventory on the daily.
