Myrtle Beach Real Estate needed a new site and improved brand built with and IDX back-end for property listings and sales. They required community driven pages as well as pages driven by price range. In doing this, they needed to have standard site pages that would improve SEO while driving the visitors into the IDX pages themselves once the home buyer indicated what type of home they were looking for. Myrtle Beach Real Estate is also quite the challenge since the primary search engines consider the term “myrtle beach real estate” to be a general term, and not the name of a company. This presents an ongoing challenge as Google buys up interests in assets like Zillow and Homes.com and drives their own rankings to top of page. Real estate is an always will be a challenging industry and ongoing SEO maintenance is always required.
